SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Shipping – Domestic
Rachana Reddy - Online Store arranges direct delivery within India as well as many international destinations.
FREE DELIVERY on all orders placed within India. Delivery time is between 3 to 7 working days through a trusted courier service such as BLUEDART /Aramex/Fedex.
Please note: Some orders are processed as 'back orders' (meaning - if we donot have the product in stock we make it upon order). In these cases the delivery could extend to about 7-14 days. If you require the product within a time frame, please leave us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to ensure delivery before the requested date.
International deliveries will be made via Aramex/UPS
Charge are weight based:
upto 500 Gm : Rs.1600
500 Gm - 1 Kg : Rs.2000
1 Kg - 2 Kg : Rs.2500
2 Kg - 3 Kg : Rs.3000
The above charges are levied for International Shipping irrespective of the location of the country.
The approximate delivery time is 7-10 working days from the day of despatch. A tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been processed.
Please note our shipments are made door-to-door only so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, please keep a look out for such correspondence.
We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address and we will bill you accordingly.
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all despatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
International shipping sometimes includes additional duties and taxes that may be levied on your shipment has reached your destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of the exact amount of such charges at the time of placing your order as they vary widely between states and countries.
In case you are unsatisfied with the product or it is delievered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer care within 3 days of receipt and we will do our best to replace the product.
If you would like to return the product and receive a refund, we will ensure the same within 7 working days of receipt of the return product.
*Please note* - The return shipping charges - both International or domestic will have to be borne by the customer. In case it is a return or product for a replacement, the return charges will be refunded and a replacement sent at no additional cost.
