Before you proceed with initiating a return for a Rachana Reddy product, we encourage you to pause for a moment and appreciate the distinctiveness of our meticulously handcrafted items.

Most of our products are meticulously handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being distinct and possessing slight variations. As a result, wood, metal, stones, cane, leather used in our creations may exhibit slight differences. Please note that all our products undergo rigorous quality control procedures before being shipped to you.

Returns Policy

We only accept exchanges under exceptional circumstances, as outlined below:

1. Damaged Products during Transportation

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours. Return it within a week for investigation and repair/replacement. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and we cover transaction expenses post-repair.

2. Damage Due to Usage

For damage reported within 30 days of receiving the product, customers cover return shipping, while we cover transaction expenses post-repair.

3. Personalised/Customised/Sale/ Curated/Pre-loved Products

Kindly note that these items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds - Credit Note

We do not provide monetary refunds; instead, we issue a credit note for future purchases with a 6-month validity. Please return products within 3 days, undamaged, with tags.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled if not yet shipped. However, post-dispatch, cancellations are not entertained. There's no monetary refund; instead, you can opt for an exchange or a credit note for future purchases.

In the event of delayed delivery due to transit issues, cancellations and credit refunds are not possible.

Authenticity

Products on www.rachanareddy.com are guaranteed authentic. Unfortunately, we cannot verify the authenticity of items not purchased from the website.
