Shipping Information - India

We are delighted to provide complimentary shipping within India, facilitated by trusted carriers such as Bluedart, DTDC, and Delhivery. Please kindly note that, at this moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

Important Points:

1. We regret to inform you that shipments cannot be sent to PO boxes or military addresses.
2. For those residing in rural areas, please anticipate an additional day or more for the processing of your deliveries.
3. 'Custom Made' orders may require a production time of 30-45 days, and specific dispatch details are provided in the product note.
4. The responsibility of OCTROI Duty falls upon our domestic customers, and any refusal to comply with this duty will result in return fees.

Delivery Method:

• Typically, orders are dispatched within 7-15 business days unless otherwise specified.
• Standard Shipping within India is offered to you with our compliments.

Note:

• Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas.
• Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states may experience extra fees and extended delivery times.

Shipping Information - International

Delivery Method:

• International delivery times vary and generally fall within the range of 15-20 business days.
• A flat fee of Rs. 2500 is applied for international shipping.
• Our international shipments are entrusted to reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Aramex, with processing taking place from Monday to Saturday.
• Due to customs procedures, international delivery times are approximate.

Please Note:

• VAT, customs duties, and taxes in adherence to your country's regulations are the responsibility of the customer.
• Regrettably, we are unable to declare your order as a 'Sample'.
• Customs duties, if applicable, will be billed separately by the courier upon delivery.

• Post-dispatch, redirecting orders is not possible.
• A signature and ID confirmation are required for all orders upon delivery.

• Dispatching all items together may not always be feasible based on product characteristics or availability.
